Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and the District of Columbia. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally yet.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1 pm ET on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.

Rates and delivery times

The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before tax. Subscription orders follow the same rates.

We ship with USPS and UPS. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Address changes

Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address if the order hasn't shipped yet. Please double-check your address at checkout: we're not responsible for orders shipped to an address you entered incorrectly, but we'll help you work with the carrier.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 30 days. We'll send a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
